    How do I change my booking to add an extra pick-up and/or drop-off address?
    If you want to change your reservation by adding an extra pick-up and/or drop-off address you can send an email to taxi@roseandberg.be or call +32 3 808 26 00. Note that we will charge a € 5 fee for every additional drop-off or pick-up in the same area. If the additional address is situated too far from the original booking location, we will charge additional costs for the extra mileage.
    Can I cancel my reservation and how much will it cost me?
    Cancellations submitted within 72 hours prior to the agreed pick-up time are free of charge. If you cancel your reservation 24 hours prior to the agreed pick-up time, the cost will be 30 % of the transfer fee. If you cancel your reservation on the day of the agreed pick-up date, you will be charged 50 % of the transfer fee.
    My flight is delayed or will arrive early. How can I inform you about the changes in my flight schedule?
    We always keep track of your flight schedule and possible delays.     I am travelling with children. Can I book a car seat?
    Child seats are free of charge, but should be booked in advance. So, if you need one, please let us know via the reservation form. If you have already made a booking and would like to add a child seat to your reservation, please send an email to taxi@roseandberg.be or call +32 3 808 26 00. A car seat is required for your child’s safety, especially for long-distances drives. Child seats are not obligatory for shorter taxi drives. In the absence of a car seat, children shorter than 1.35 m must be seated in the back of the car.
    How much luggage can I bring along?
    Our medium sized cars can accommodate up to 4 suitcases, our eight passenger cars can accommodate up to 10 large suitcases. If you think you will need extra space, please contact us in advance, so we can select a suitable car for you.
    Which payment methods are available?
    Rose & Berg accepts all major credit cards. You can pay via PayPal or pay the driver in cash, before or after the ride.

    We always keep track of your flight schedule (for flights longer than two hours) so that you don’t have to pay any additional costs if your flight would be delayed. Similarly, you won’t have to wait for us if you arrive ahead of time.

    However, if your flight takes less than to two hours – we kindly ask you to communicate any changes in your flight schedule by text message to +32 486 334 824 or by email to taxi@roseandberg.be. Airport websites are often not updated when shorter flights are delayed, which makes it impossible for us to track your flight. Thank you for your understanding!

    Would you like to do some shopping before your flight is boarding? We will make sure there is time to enjoy all the facilities Brussels Airport has to offer. If Zaventem - Brussels Airport is your destination– we guarantee you a quick and smooth drive back home.

    Note: When you make your booking online, make sure to set your airport drop-off time a little earlier. Due to increased security measures at Zaventem, passengers with international flights are advised to arrive at least two hours before their scheduled departure.

    For European flights, no later than 1 ½ hours before flight departure is adequate.
