Special note for customers flying into Amsterdam Airport: The passport control for passengers from international and European flights arriving in the morning can take a long time. Our drivers are aware of this, so in most cases the extra time will not be charged.
Amsterdam Airport is Europe’s third busiest airport and flying can be a hectic experience. That is why we will make sure you arrive at your terminal on time.

We always keep track of your flight schedule (for flights longer than two hours) so that you don’t have to pay any additional costs if your flight would be delayed. Similarly, you won’t have to wait for us if you arrive ahead of time.
However, if your flight takes less than to two hours – we kindly ask you to communicate any changes in your flight schedule by text message to +32 486 334 824 or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Airport websites are often not updated when shorter flights are delayed, which makes it impossible for us to track your flight. Thank you for your understanding!
