RESERVATION GUIDE

  • Step 1 Fill out the online reservation form
    Please submit all relevant information by filling out the online reservation form. If you are booking an airport drop-off, make sure to fill out your flight information so we can drive you to the right terminal. For airport pick- ups, this extra information helps us to keep track of your flight schedule and possible delays. If you are booking a (long distance) inter-European ride, make sure to double-check the addresses and travel dates.
  • Step 2 Booking notification, booking confirmation & payment
    After you have submitted the online form, you will receive an email that we have received your booking. This is not your booking confirmation, but simply a notification that we have received your booking request. Once we have processed your request, you will receive another email with your booking confirmation. If you did not receive any email, please check your spam-folder and give us a call. The confirmation email will allow you to select a payment method: credit card payment via PayPal or cash payment to the driver on pick-up or drop-off. Once you have selected your payment method, your booking is complete.
  • Step 3 Ride & rate
    Rose & Berg prides itself on a flawless door-to-door taxi service. Please make sure to wait outside at your pick- up address to avoid delays. Because your comfort is important to us, we are continuously improving our service. That is why we kindly ask you to rate your ride via the feedback form you will receive afterwards. Your feedback helps us to give our customers the best service!

FAQ

I made a mistake when I filled in the reservation form, how can I correct it?
You can change your booking information by sending an email to taxi@roseandberg.be. Note that depending on the changes, we may charge additional costs.
How do I change my booking to add an extra pick-up and/or drop-off address?
If you want to change your reservation by adding an extra pick-up and/or drop-off address you can send an email to taxi@roseandberg.be or call +32 3 808 26 00. Note that we will charge a € 5 fee for every additional drop-off or pick-up in the same area. If the additional address is situated too far from the original booking location, we will charge additional costs for the extra mileage.
Can I cancel my reservation and how much will it cost me?
Cancellations submitted within 72 hours prior to the agreed pick-up time are free of charge. If you cancel your reservation 24 hours prior to the agreed pick-up time, the cost will be 30 % of the transfer fee. If you cancel your reservation on the day of the agreed pick-up date, you will be charged 50 % of the transfer fee.
How can I book my return journey?
In the online reservation form you will see a drop-down menu that allows you to select your transfer type: ‘one way’, ‘return’ or ‘return (new ride)’. After you have completed the form and selected your preferred payment method, you will get a confirmation email for your new reservation. If you didn’t select a return ride in your initial booking, but would like to add one afterwards, just make a new booking via the online reservation form.
How long in advance do I have to book my drive to the airport or to any long-distance location?
Our drivers are available 6 days a week – every day except Saturday. So generally, there is no need to book your ride well in advance. As soon as we have received a reservation request, we will confirm your booking by email.
How do I get my money back in case of a cancellation?
If you paid by card upfront, we will wire your refund within one day after your cancellation. Note that the time it takes to complete this transaction may vary from one bank to another.
How do I know for sure that my booking is complete?
Once you have filled out the online reservation form and you have received a confirmation email from Rose & Berg, your booking is complete.
I made a booking through the website, but I never received a confirmation email?

What if my driver did not show up at the agreed pick-up address?
Please verify whether the address corresponds with the pick-up address on the reservation form. If this is the case but your driver did not show up, please call +32 3 808 26 00 or +32 486 334 824.
My flight is delayed or will arrive early. How can I inform you about the changes in my flight schedule?
We always keep track of your flight schedule and possible delays. However, if your flight duration is two hours or less – we kindly ask you to communicate any changes in your flight schedule by text message to +32 486 334 824 or by email to taxi@roseandberg.be. Airport websites are not always updated when short flights (two hours or less) are delayed. Thank you for your understanding!
I am travelling with children. Can I book a car seat?
Child seats are free of charge, but should be booked in advance. So, if you need one, please let us know via the reservation form. If you have already made a booking and would like to add a child seat to your reservation, please send an email to taxi@roseandberg.be or call +32 3 808 26 00. A car seat is required for your child’s safety, especially for long-distances drives. Child seats are not obligatory for shorter taxi drives. In the absence of a car seat, children shorter than 1.35 m must be seated in the back of the car.
What if my ride was not satisfactory and I would like to submit a complaint or suggestion?
Our sincere apologies for any inconvenience. Please send an email to taxi@roseandberg.be, stating the details of your complaint. We will handle your email with discretion.

Which payment methods are available?
Rose & Berg accepts all major credit cards. You can pay via PayPal or pay the driver in cash, before or after the ride.
How much luggage can I bring with me?
Our medium sized cars can accommodate up to 4 suitcases, our eight passenger cars can accommodate up to 10 large suitcases. If you think you will need extra space, please contact us in advance, so we can select a suitable car for you.
What to do with odd-sized baggage?
If you think your luggage might not fit in (the trunk) of the car, please send us the measurements by email: taxi@roseandberg.be so we can find a suitable solution.
